Spring 2008: Study on remote sensors deployed during the 2008 arctic summer cloud-ocean study (ASCOS) – Cassandra Wheeler: The presentation gives an overview about instruments deployed on the Swedish Icebreaker Oden during the ASCOS campaign conducted between 1 Aug – 15 Sept 2008 northeast of Greenland (85oN). The instruments used during the campaign include vertical pointing S-band and Ka-band radar, wind profiler, ceilometer, lidar, and microwave radiometer.
